With over 30 years in the food service industry, Francois brings international experience from France, England, Canada, and the U.S., including roles at Ritz Carlton and as Corporate Chef for La Madeleine. Today, he leads equipment purchasing with a sharp eye for quality. Francois speaks English, French, and Spanish.
Melva Salinas
Auction Operations & Partner
Melva has 25+ years of experience in auctions and business management. She holds a degree in Accounting and is a licensed Texas Auctioneer (TX Lic.# 17112). She oversees all auction operations and office administration, bringing both precision and care to every transaction. Fluent in English and Spanish.

Sales & Customer Service
With over 8 years in customer service, Perla is the lead sales representative at our Irving location. She’s passionate about helping clients find the right equipment and making every auction experience smooth and straightforward.
