How do I get my bidding number to bid?
To ensure that each bidder is a valid and qualified bidder, you must register with a valid credit card.  As soon as we have you registered, you will receive your bidding number via e-mail and your account will be activated to bid.

How do I bid?
Select the auction you would like to view. When the bidding for the auction is open you will have the opportunity to enter Your Bid or your Maximum Bid for each item. Enter your bidding number and password at the bottom of the screen to submit the bid(s).

How do I find out more about a posted item?
Each auction has a contact person for that particular location. If you have any questions about an item, please contact the Seller.  Each auction has a preview dates and inspection times.

How do I know I won?
If you are the high bidder, the system will send you an e-mail (Invoice) when the auction ends. This e-mail (Invoice) will have complete instructions on payment & removal.

What is a Buyer's Premium?
A buyer's premium is a standard auctioneering fee that helps cover the costs associated with sourcing products, marketing auctions, running the marketplace, and managing services such as payment collection, fulfillment, shipping and inspection.

How do I pay? By phone or in person?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, cash, cashier's checks and money orders. We do not accept personal or business checks. Payments must be received in our office by the payment deadline of each auction.

Is your payment processing secure?
Yes. All payment information will be stored and processed using our secure server. All the data is transferred in an encrypted format, and it can only be decrypted by the processing bank or by us.

Can I cancel my bid after bidding?
No, a bid is a contract that is enforceable in a court of law. You should not place a bid If you are not sure or may want to change your mind after bidding.  No bid will be retracted!!

I have a Sales Tax and use Permit for my business. How do I provide these documents in order to be exempt from the taxes from my purchases?
Resale & Exemption Certificates must be on file at the time of registration. Please fax us (go to contact tab) your completed Resale & Exemption Certificate. Any questions or information regarding tax laws in the States of Texas should visit the website: www.window.state.tx.us

How do I arrange for shipping?
Freight shipping is available for larger items or for large orders. We recommend FreightQuote.com for shipping as they offer our customers considerable discounts and shop around for the best prices.
